Sean Ossi is an Associate who represents lenders, developers, and public housing authorities in the acquisition, construction, and refinancing of affordable and market rate multifamily housing and healthcare facilities.  Sean represents national commercial lenders in FHA financing utilizing low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing.  Additionally, Sean represents for-profit developers, non-profit developers, public housing authorities, and property owners and purchasers engaged in complex affordable housing transactions using mixed-finance resources, Section 8 Project Based Vouchers, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions, tax-exempt bonds, conventional financing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD public housing funds and other federal and state affordable housing resources.
