- Represented a lender in connection with USDA’s Section 538 GRRHP Option Three for an affordable multifamily development in Louisiana utilizing Section 8 PBRA, low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and CDBG funds.
- Represented a lender in connection with the HUD 223(f) loan for an affordable multifamily development located in Oakland, California, with existing tax-exempt bonds and Public Agency Operating Funds.
- Represented a lender in connection with USDA’s Section 538 GRRHP Option One for a multifamily development located in Kern County, California.
- Represented lenders in connection with the HUD 221(d)(4) final endorsement for multifamily developments in various states, including Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Maine.
