- Closed multi-phase redevelopment projects using federal, state, and local funding sources, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing, resulting in significant infrastructure upgrades and the development of public-private parks.
- Represent the industry groups on regulatory, legislative, and strategic initiatives, including drafting and analyzing proposed housing legislation and policy.
- Represented a housing authority in the rehabilitation and conversion of 1,698 units to Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) through HUD’s RAD program.
- Represented a housing authority in a 119-unit RAD redevelopment financed with 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and a Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI) grant.
- Represented a housing authority in the redevelopment of 70 units financed with Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) and Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA).
